1.Q: Why the color mixture is available when polygon fill color graphs such as sandbody are cut out?

A:

It is because the polygons are covered each other, so remove attribute “read-only” in “layer” set when cutting the graphs; Choose the background color of the background image, and set it to the background with “Sequence” tool.

2.Q: Why the grid lines can not be fully displayed when loading the GeoMap drawings in latitude and longitude drawing border?

A:

Because the range of the latitude and longitude coordinates of the drawings is smaller than that of the drawing border, and it is suggested to change the coordinate range of the drawings.

3.Q: Why the CGM files exported from GeoMap sometimes can not totally displayed?

A:

In order to ensure the uniform of CGM format, the exported CGM drawings are restricted within 16 digits, so the exported drawing can not range more than 800 mm. But in the latest version it has been updated into 4000mm.

4.Q: Why polygon files are not available when the drawings imported into GeoMap from CorelDraw are exported with DXF format?

A:

AutoCAD DXF format change now only supports point and line files, excluding polygons. But it is suggested to export the drawings of CGM format, and import into with GeoAssist in CGM format.

5.Q: Why Net V.GeoMap can not connect to the server?

A:

It may be due to different segments or closed ports. It is suggested to ping GeoMap server of client, and check if port 4096 of both sides’IP are accessible, or tracert GeoMap to find if it as passed all the other operations.

6.Q: Why GeoMap 3.5 can not work normally with information such as“non register type” available after its installation?

A:

1).The version you installed may have not registered as DLL register components corresponds to different versions is necessary before it normal running;
2). Or you have not logged on with the role of administrator;
3). Or the system has been stopped by the firewall.
