Jurassic, one of the leading upstream petroleum software and services provider, today announced that it successfully showcased CPS/SEG 2009 Conference and Exposition held on April 24-27 in Beijing——the regions pre-eminent event for presenting new developments and applications in geology and geophysics. With its theme 'Geophysics' Challenges, Opportunity, and Innovation', CPS/SEG Beijing 2009 presented an exciting opportunity for Jurassic to highlight its new generation of emerging technologies and solutions.

At the Conference, Jurassic demonstrated in the booth its latest geophysical technology solutions including geological mapping, OpenSpirit infinite integration, Exploration evaluation database, DrillNET, etc. Many Jurassic technical experts available at the exhibition booth made special presentations and discussed in detail aspects of our technologies with attendees.

Jurassic built new relationships with colleagues from around the globe through the Conference; almost 1000 Conference attendees were attracted to Jurassic booth by Jurassic technical specialists’ presentation. Decades of attendees from America, Canada and France have shown much interest in Jurassic technology and some of them expressed willingness for future cooperation. Leaders from domestic oilfields such as Daqing Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield, Xinjiang Oilfield, etc. invited our technicians to go to their oilfield for further communication about Jurassic emerging technologies after visiting our booth.

The successful exhibition highlighted a new milestone of Jurassic advanced applications in international geology and geophysics.
